Open the 🙂emoji tab of the 📑 sticker panel to browse your packs or add new ones. You can tap a message to view and add the packs it's using (press and hold on iOS).
Emoji are an open platform – anyone can upload custom packs with their artwork. All users can 🤓 see any custom emoji and use them in their Saved Messages.
